🍽️ WGO is a Slovak e-shop with office and gastronomic equipment and supplies for professional chefs, companies and households. Despite an active customer base, it had no e-mail marketing built up — it was an unused channel with direct sales potential. The assignment was to set up this channel from scratch and turn it into a functional sales tool. We helped realize this goal for the client of the daren&curtis agency.

Creativity

💡 We built email marketing not on feelings, but on data. The basis was audience segmentation according to purchasing behavior — each customer received content relevant to them, not blanket messages for everyone. Both serial and individual campaigns were set up to naturally motivate the customer to purchase without being distracting.

Performance

🟢 📊 The results came quickly — a significant increase in sales was recorded already at the beginning of the cooperation. Well-set up e-mailing immediately showed itself as a sales channel with real performance, not as another source of spam in the customer's inbox.

🎯 The result? 📈 WGO’s monthly sales grew by more than 15% — a directly measurable result for the channel that didn’t exist before the collaboration. Automation now works independently and generates sales without the need for manual intervention for each campaign.
