371 ❄️ Bachledka is a mountain resort with unique views, a Treetop Walk and wellness facilities. Before the winter season, it faced a real problem — forecasts predicted a weaker snow season. Attendance could not be built only on skiing. It was necessary to find a reason to come that does not depend on snow. We helped realize this goal for a client of the d&c agency.

Creativity

🎿 We built the campaign on the concept of "You have to" — a simple but powerful idea that Bachledka is not just a ski resort, but a place where people return for memories and shared moments. The communication addressed families and winter enthusiasts through emotion and stories, not through snow. The concept covered all online and offline communication and became the brand's long-term communication umbrella. The work also included cleaning up the logic and visuality of the e-shop, which directly supported the sale of day tickets. 🏂

Result

🎯 The year-on-year increase in visitors during the winter season exceeded 20% — despite a worse snow season. The campaign also significantly supported the sales of the resort’s associated activities, including the Treetop Walk and wellness & spa. The creative concept “you have to do it” became an umbrella for both offline and online communication and successfully covered all communication. The client decided to use this concept even after the end of the winter campaign — which is a better reference for us than any other result. ⛷️
