🏗️ITB Development has completed the premium residential project Gansberg Koliba in Bratislava's Koliba — winner of the CIJ Awards 2020 in the Best Premium Development of the Year category. The project was sold out. But the campaign was not over. We decided to do something unusual — instead of celebrating the results, we gave space to the people. Those who really created the project. Internists and contractors.

The video was based on authentic testimonies from people who worked on Gansberg. No scripted speeches about success. Just real stories about challenges, decisions, and pride in the result. The documentary video format naturally resonates with a premium target audience — people who buy luxury real estate aren’t subject to advertising. They’re subject to credibility.

📽️ Each interview was set in an environment that belongs to the person. An architect with plans. A builder on a finished project. The result is a film that doesn't feel like marketing material — and that's why it works.
Result
🏆 A video that doesn't talk about the project. It speaks for the project. Gansberg Koliba is presented through the people behind it — and that is a stronger argument than any description of square meters or views of Bratislava. ITB Development has acquired content that builds credibility for other projects long after the last apartment has been handed over.
